INVITATION
General instructions for both races:

Date: 24.-25.9.2005
Event
centre: Chvalec (district Trutnov) – field near forest. We recommend club tents!
(There is
underpass with height only 3.5 (!) metres between Trutnov and Chvalec. Higher
buses have to go to the Chvalec from Radvanice!)
Distances: parking – event
centre: up to 2 km
event centre = start = finnish
Punching system: Sport Ident punching system will be used. The same SI
card cannot be used in the race twice.
Entries : Entry have to be
delivered no later than 14. 9. 2005 (date of delivery).

There
are double fees for all entries delivered after 14.9.2005.
Payments:
All payments (entries and
accommodation) have to be paid in cash on Saturday 24.9. from 8:00 to 11:00
a.m. at the registration place in the event centre.
Terrain: Mixed forest mostly with good runability and
visibility (between 450-650 metres above see level). Some forest roads
and paths. A few detailed areas with sand stones, cliffs and stony ground.
Maps: Scale 1:10 000, vertical contour interval 5m,
printed in August 2005, main cartographer Jan Langr, maps will be in plastic
bags.

Championship, Czech Master Relay Championsip and Pupil Realy Race
Date: 24.9.2005
(Saturday)
Registration: In the
event centre on Saturday 24.9. from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m., lists with names of
runners and SI card numbers for each team have to be delivered to 11:00 a.m.
First legs
start: 12:00 a.m.
Classes: H14,
D14 – Pupil Relay Race. A three-legged orienteering relay for pupils
up to 14 years old. Runners can be from different clubs.
H18, H21,
D18, D21 - A three-legged orienteering relay for teams representing
orienteering clubs. The length of all three legs will be
approximately same.
H105, H140,
H165, D105, D140 – A three-legged
orienteering relay for teams representing orienteering clubs,
number in class name means minimum sum of all ages of all runners in team,
minimum age of each runner is 35 years. Second leg is approximately 20 – 30 %
shorter than first and third leg.
Entry fees: Pupil Realy Race: 150,- CZK/team
Czech Relay Championship and
Czech Master Relay Championship: 330,- CZK/team
Rental
SI card: 40,- CZK/card

Registration: In

(DH14): a
eight-legged orienteering relay for
teams representing regions (starting order
H14,D14,H12,D12,D12,H12,D14,H14).
Youths
(DH18) and seniors (DH21):
a seven-legged orienteering relay for teams representing
orienteering clubs (there have to be at lest 3 women in the
team).
Masters: DH175, DH235, DH265 - a five-legged orienteering relay
for teams representing orienteering clubs (number
in class name means minimum sum of all ages of all runners in team, minimum age
of each runner is 35 years, there have to be at lest 2 women in the team).
There have
to be women on leg 2, 4 and 6 in classes DH18, DH21 and also on leg 2 and 4 in
classes DH175, DH235, DH265.
